Return Policy


Used Parts:  Used Parts orders may not be cancelled once ordered and will not be accepted for return.  


Damaged Shipments: It is critically important to carefully inspect incoming goods for accuracy, quantity, and condition immediately upon receipt. Should a damaged or shorted shipment be received without identifying the problem on the delivery receiving documents, the carrier will not honor any claim for damaged or lost merchandise.  If at the time of delivery your shipment has any visible damage, you must note it on the carrier’s freight bill.  Be as detailed as possible as to the extent and type of the damage.  Notify the carrier immediately in order for an inspection to be arranged.  It is important that all packing material be kept until the inspection has been completed.  For assistance, please call ABC at 1-800-222-2871 Option 2
